The hotel room was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They contacted me before I arrived on WhatsApp and they were very responsive when I asked them if I can check in earlier.

The staff was friendly, place was so close to everything (Downtown, Talaat Harb, The nile, alzamalek)

I liked the staff. They were very helpful with everything I needed. Maram (the receptionist), especially, was very accommodating and welcoming.

Location can be a bit noisy.

I liked the selection of TV shows that the TV service provided. The clean bedsheets and the free breakfast entrees. The bathroom was also very sizable.

Location was nice and central. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was basic. We didnt really need much more. Met our needs for the time we stayed.
